Epoxy with decorative Flake is a durable, high-gloss flooring solution suitable for a wide variety of areas.

To achieve the Epoxy with Flake look, the concrete is ground lightly to prepare the surface for the Epoxy solution. Once it has been ground, it is cleaned to remove debris and then the base layer is applied. With Epoxy Flake, four layers are required which are poured on separate days to allow the solution to adequately dry before the next layer is applied. Flakes are scattered (also known as ‘broadcast’) throughout the second and third layers. A final coat of heavy-duty polyurethane is then applied which creates a heavy-duty, protective seal.
