To apply Epoxy Quartz for optimal, lasting results, the concrete is ground lightly to prepare the surface for the Epoxy solution. Once it has been ground, it is cleaned to remove debris and then the base layer is applied. Two layers of Plain Epoxy are poured on two separate days to allow the solution to adequately dry before the next layer is applied. A final coat of heavy-duty polyurethane is then applied which creates a heavy-duty, protective seal.
